We’ve gathered the most common questions about your shopping experience with Fashion Line of Scrimmage (FLoS®) — from shipping and sizing to returns and custom designs.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Because we use print-on-demand and drop shipping platforms on some products, most orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding internationally—stay tuned!

Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?
A: Please check your tracking link for real-time updates. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us at flos_team@fashionlineofscrimmage.com with your order number.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit. For the best results, compare the measurements with your favorite items at home.

Q: Are your items true to size?
A: Most of our items fit true to size, but we recommend reviewing the size chart for each individual product, as fit may vary by style.

Q: Are your designs unisex?
A: Yes! Many of our styles are designed to be worn by anyone who’s inspired—regardless of gender.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email flos_team@fashionlineofscrimmage.com with the subject line "Return Request". You’ll receive a return shipping label via email.

Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Please follow the return process above and place a new order for the correct size or style.
