Fatima Jackson is a passionate educator, visionary business leader, and the creative force behind Fashion Line of Scrimmage (FLoS®) and the Inspired Thinker Collection™. With a career spanning both education and entrepreneurship, Fatima brings purpose, passion, and inspired thinking to everything she builds—whether in the classroom, the boardroom, or the fashion world. Fatima began her professional journey in education, where she served as a dedicated teacher and school leader. Her work focused on empowering students with the mindset and skills needed to succeed beyond the classroom. Throughout her career, she championed inclusive learning environments, collaborative teaching models, and leadership development—values she continues to carry into her entrepreneurial endeavors.

As the founder of FLoS, Fatima combined her love for fashion and her deep appreciation for personal growth. The brand, inspired by the strategy and boldness of American football, challenges people to “wear their greatness” and face life’s competition with confidence. In 2024, she expanded her mission with the launch of the Inspired Thinker Collection™—a line designed to encourage individuals to think deeply, live intentionally, and inspire others along the way. Fatima is also the author of "Twelve Ways Inspired Thinking Leads to Success – For Him and Her", a motivating guide that invites readers to transform their lives by changing how they think. Blending life experience, practical wisdom, and uplifting insights, her writing speaks to individuals who seek to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy University Montgomery, a Master’s in Collaborative Teaching from Alabama State University, a Master’s in School Leadership from the University of West Alabama, and an Educational Specialist degree in Collaborative Teaching from Auburn University Montgomery. ​Fatima is a devoted wife to her husband, Jerry, and a proud mother of three.
